Terms of Service for Stock Photos

1. This agreement is between the client (purchaser of the stock photo(s)) and Emily Dougherty of Sunnybrook Creative LLC. Payment will be paid in-full online at the time of purchase.

2. Every file downloaded and purchased from Sunnybrook Creative LLC is royalty free. Watermarked photos may be used as placeholders, but not in final products.

3. Sunnybrook Creative licensed content can be used in a various of ways upon purchase. You have unlimited usage of the image and may use it in a variety of projects. There is no expiration of content purchased from Sunnybrook Creative LLC. All content on the website is non-exclusive and can be purchased and used by others.

4. RESTRICTED USES: There are a few restricted uses as followed: no negative use that would portray agriculture in a negative light, no unlawful use, no use in trademarks or logos and you may not use in a way of false authorship. Any content purchased from Sunnybrook Creative LLC may not be resold.

5. All licensed content is owned by Sunnybrook Creative LLC.

6. If purchased, a photo credit is not required for commercial use. If used for editorial purposes, please credit Sunnybrook Creative LLC.

7. If purchased, content can be used by purchaser or organization/company that purchaser is representing.

8. It is expected that if there are any questions about how purchased content can be used, that is not highlighted in this document, that you contact Emily Dougherty of Sunnybrook Creative LLC using the contact feature on her website.
